Week 1

Ease in with 20-25 minute walk-at-home sessions that build your base and boost your confidence.  Set the foundation and trust the process. 

 

🔥Build Heat

Week 2

We pick up the pace-longer walks, light hand weights, and low-impact cardio to build energy and endurance while keeping it gentle on your joints. 

 

🚂Gain Momentum

Week 3

This week, you'll take your longest walk yet (35-45 minutes) and have the opportunity to challenge yourself a bit more with optional resistance work. 

 

🎉5K Race Day 

Week 4

Walk your virtual 5K at your own pace, celebrate your achievement, and feel proud of your accomplishment - you've earned it! Don't stop now! This is just the beginning of your journey!
