About Me 

Hi! I'm Emily - a Registered Nurse, yoga teacher, and women’s health advocate. I help women 50+ stay strong, balanced, and confident through gentle low-impact workouts, yoga, and simple health education designed for real life.

My approach is relaxed, encouraging, and beginner-friendly.

Inside my community, we focus on building strength and balance while also supporting healthy habits like stress management, better sleep, movement, and active aging.

After 18 years in healthcare, including years as an ER nurse, I now spend my days helping women feel more connected, capable, and supported — both body and mind.

I'm So Glad You're Here 

 I help women in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and beyond reconnect with their bodies through gentle, mindful movement. Whether we’re in-person or online, my favorite thing is creating fitness classes and healthy living experiences that feel kind, approachable, and even fun.

Over the years I’ve worked with hundreds of women who thought it was “too late” to get strong again, and watched them rediscover balance, confidence, and joy in moving.  And for me, that's the greatest gift of all.  💕
