Looking to move your body, reduce stress, and connect with a supportive local community? I offer weekly chair yoga, beginner-friendly yoga classes, and calming sound healing workshops right here in the Ohio Valley. Youâll find me teaching at welcoming locations like Grand Vue Park, the Red Dragon HTKD, Moundsville Country Club, and St. Francis Xavier Parish.Â
Iâve been serving and teaching in the Moundsville area for over 5 years, and I bring more than two decades of personal yoga practice to every class. As a Yoga Alliance certified RYT-200 teacher, I specialize in creating safe, accessible, and empowering experiencesâespecially for women in midlife and beyond.
