Hi, I’m Emily Daugherty.
I’m an Emergency Room nurse, yoga teacher, and passionate women’s health advocate.
At age 33, a life-altering accident left me in a wheelchair—and doctors weren’t sure if I’d ever walk again. But I was determined not to let that be the end of my story. Through the power of small, consistent movement, mindfulness, and a holistic approach to healing, I reclaimed my strength, mobility, and purpose.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping women over 50 do the same—feel strong, confident, and full of vitality at every stage of life. Using my Three Pillars of Health, I help women build sustainable habits that support lasting wellness.
My mission is simple: to empower you to feel like the best version of yourself—every single day.
