You Bought a Mini Trampoline...

🤸‍♂️ Now What?

Maybe you were excited to get started—but once you stepped on, you realized you weren’t quite sure what to do next.

  • Am I doing this right?
  • Should my knees be bent?
  • How long do I need to bounce to see results?
  • What if I haven't worked out in years?
  • Do I have to jump high?
  • How do I turn this into a routine I'll actually stick with?

And trust me, I get it. When I first started following rebounding workouts online, I thought I'd have no problem keeping up. I'd run countless half marathons, taught fitness and yoga, and considered myself pretty darn fit.

Then I tried a 10-minute rebounding workout...and couldn't keep up! I remember thinking, How the heck are people actually doing this?

If you're asking those questions, you're in the right place.

Over the past few months, over 600 women downloaded my free Beginner's Safety Guide to Rebounding and I asked them one simple question...

What do you need the most help with when it comes to getting started on your new mini-trampoline?

And the message came through loud and clear...

"Emily...just tell me where to start."

So that's exactly what I created. The Beginner's Rebounding Roadmap is the simple program I wish I'd had when I was getting started—something that shows you what to do first, what to do next, and how to build from there without feeling like you have to keep up with complicated workouts.

Why I Created This Program

When I really started getting into rebounding a couple years ago, I noticed something pretty quickly: most of the workouts I found online were way more complicated than I needed them to be.

Women were bouncing high, jumping on one leg and doing coordinated moves that I struggled HARD to keep up with — and I was already a fitness instructor who had run countless half marathons and endurance races!

I remember thinking, If this feels this hard for me, how does a woman who hasn't worked out in years even know where to begin?

So I stopped trying to keep up and started doing things differently.

I kept my workouts simple. I focused on basic movements and gave myself time to get comfortable and build my confidence on the rebounder.

And I loved how I felt.

Even a few minutes gave me more energy and boosted my mood. Before long, I was like, WHOA...I think I've found something really special here, and I HAVE to share this with my community!

So I started creating simple rebounding workouts for my YouTube channel.

And the women in my online community loved them, too. 💕

Over the years, thousands of women have watched my rebounding videos, and as my community grew, I kept hearing the same thing from women in their 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond....

They wanted to rebound. They just needed someone to show them how to start.

And those women are exactly who I love helping.

They're like the women in my local beginner and chair yoga classes. They're women like my mom and my grandma. Women who want to take better care of themselves and stay strong and active as they get older — but don't necessarily know what to do first.

That's why I created the Beginner's Rebounding Roadmap.

I wanted to give you a simple place to start.
