These private 1:1 sessions are designed especially for women 50+ who are ready to start (or restart) a gentle, sustainable movement and wellness routine.
What you’ll get:
- A 45-minute private coaching call focused entirely on your goals, questions, and current starting point
- A recording of your session so you can revisit the guidance, exercises, and reminders anytime
- A simple, personalized movement + habits plan designed around your body, schedule, and confidence level
During your session, we can move through gentle, beginner-friendly yoga or low-impact strength work, talk about healthy habits and realistic wellness goals, or a mix of both. We’ll decide the focus together at the start of your call.
How booking works:
- Complete your payment on this page.
- Within 24 hours, I’ll email you with a few time options for your session.
- Once you choose your time, I’ll send you a Zoom link. You don’t need a Zoom account; you’ll just click the link at your session time to join.
Session length & price:
Each private session is 45 minutes and is $90.
Cancellation policy:
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session and receive full credit toward a future time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
