Heart Health & Stress Management for Women Workshop
A nurturing, nurse-led Heart Month workshop offering practical education, gentle movement, and tools to support your heart and build lifelong healthy habits.
Heart health is about more than test results and warnings.
It’s about daily habits, stress, movement, and how you care for yourself.
February is Heart Month — and you’re invited to a supportive workshop designed to help women better understand their heart health and create simple practices they can use right away.
Supportive, empowering, and rooted in connection.

- Have a personal or family history of heart disease
- Prefer gentle movement and realistic lifestyle changes
- Value clear, compassionate health education and community
No prior yoga or fitness experience is needed.
Why Heart Health Matters

Meet Your TeacherÂ
Hi, I’m Emily, a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of bedside experience, including many years working in a Level I trauma emergency room. I’ve cared for countless patients experiencing heart attacks, strokes, and cardiac emergencies — and I’ve seen firsthand how often these events are preventable.
I’m also a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner, passionate about helping women live healthier, more balanced lives through stress management, gentle movement, and compassionate education.
This workshop reflects both my clinical experience and my deep belief that women deserve care that is informed, supportive, and empowering.

This workshop aligns with the mission of Million Hearts®, a national public health initiative co-led by the CDC and CMS, focused on preventing heart attacks and strokes through education, prevention, and healthier communities.
