Iâm an Emergency Room nurse, yoga teacher, and passionate womenâs health advocate.
At age 33, a life-altering accident left me in a wheelchairâand doctors werenât sure if Iâd ever walk again. But I was determined not to let that be the end of my story. Through the power of small, consistent movement, mindfulness, and a holistic approach to healing, I reclaimed my strength, mobility, and purpose.
