Hey there-I'm Emily!
As a registered nurse with nearly 20 years in healthcare — most of them spent working in the emergency room — I’ve learned just how important it is to care for your body before a health crisis forces you to.
But at age 33, I experienced that reality firsthand.
After a traumatic injury left me with a broken back, hip, and arm, I completely lost my independence for months. I couldn’t walk, dress myself, or even manage basic daily tasks without help from my husband and mom.
It was one of the most humbling and life-changing experiences of my life. 💕
That season gave me a completely new perspective on strength, mobility, and what it truly means to feel safe and supported in your body.
And it’s the reason I’m so passionate about helping women stay strong, active, and independent as they age.
Since then, I’ve had the incredible privilege of helping hundreds of women build confidence in their bodies again through safe movement, healthy habits, and supportive community.
Because I know firsthand how much it matters. 🌿

✨ DOLORES, AGE 87
When Dolores first joined my chair yoga class, she relied heavily on a cane and refused to practice any standing poses because she was afraid of falling.
Three years later?
She confidently practiced Warrior II without chair support for the very first time and says her balance is better than it was in her 70s…
And the cane? She gave it up years ago.

After retiring, Vanessa noticed her balance was getting worse and she had experienced several falls. She wanted to feel stronger and more confident in her body again — without exhausting herself with intense workouts.
