Beginners Hatha Yoga

Hosted live on Zoom every Wednesday from 5:30–6:15 PM EST. (December-March 2026)

This beginner-friendly Hatha yoga class covers the basics — including standing, seated, and floor-based poses.
If you’re comfortable moving from floor to standing with ease, you’ll feel right at home here.

Each session focuses on improving balance, mobility, and calming the busy mind.

About the Experience:

This 45-minute class introduces the foundations of yoga through mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle meditation. You’ll learn how to move with intention, cultivate calm, and build confidence on (and off) the mat.

Hi! I'm Emily, a Registered Nurse, yoga teacher, and passionate women's health advocate.  I specialize in teaching chair and beginner's yoga.  My mission is to help women everywhere wake up and feel like the best versions of themselves every single day.
