Emily is a Registered Nurse, yoga teacher, and passionate women's health advocate with nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare and fitness.  

After a life-altering accident left her with multiple fractures in her back, arm, and hip, she discovered the power of daily movement, mindfulness, and adopting a holistic lifestyle.
