Beginner’s Yoga

A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class to help you improve balance, build strength, and calm your mind — all from the comfort of home.


This Class Is For You If…

• You’re newer to yoga and want clear guidance
• You want to feel steadier and more mobile
• You need a midweek reset
• You’re comfortable moving from floor to standing


What We’ll Do

In 45 minutes, you’ll experience:

• Simple standing and seated poses
• Gentle strength + mobility work
• Breathwork to reduce stress
• A calming closing stretch

You’ll leave feeling grounded, steady, and refreshed.


What You Need

• A mat or comfortable surface
• Optional: chair or pillow for support
• Camera on or off — your choice
